On Tuesday afternoon, 5/23/2023, Nicholas, known affectionately as Nick, was a victim of a senseless act of violence during an attempted robbery on Donahue Street in Corryville. Despite his courageous response, stating he had nothing to give, Nick was shot without any apparent reason. We are devastated to report that he succumbed to his injuries after being rushed to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Since joining the Uptown Rental Properties team in March of 2022, Nick had become an invaluable member of our family. Always wearing a smile and exuding a friendly and approachable demeanor, he was often described as a teddy bear by his colleagues and customers alike. Nick’s positive impact on those around him will forever be remembered.
