eVero Corporation Announces Results of Initial Client Satisfaction Survey

With a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 59, eVero is well above the software industry average.

eVero Corporation, a leading software solution provider for the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) sector, today announced that it achieved a Net Promoter Score(R) (NPS) of 59 in its initial customer survey – a score that is 14 points above the software industry average of 45, as reported by ClearlyRated.(R)

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a global standard for determining customer loyalty and satisfaction based on the question “How likely are you to recommend a company to a friend or colleague?” Respondents give a rating between 0 (not at all likely) and 10 (extremely likely) and a company’s overall NPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors (those who respond with a 6 or below) from the percentage of promoters (those who respond with a 9 or 10). The overall score is measured on a scale ranging from -100 to 100. Scores above 0 are seen as good, above 20 are favorable, and anything above 50 is considered excellent.
