Coldplay will perform in Venezuela

Coimbatore, India — Coldplay will perform for the first time in Venezuela as part of its “Music of the Spheres” world tour. Solid Show, the production company in charge of the event, confirmed today.

September 28th, 2022 will be the day of the concert so long awaited by the Venezuelan public. The “Hacienda Santa Teresa”, located in the central state of Aragua (90 km from Caracas) will be the venue for the event. “Hacienda Santa Teresa meets the requirements of environmental sustainability requested by the band, besides being an idyllic setting in the middle of nature,” said Juan Carlos Araujo, president of Solid Show.

On their website, Coldplay comments that they have been planning this tour for years and are excited to play their hits again with all their fans.

“Playing live and finding connection with our audience is ultimately the reason we exist as a band. We have been planning this tour for years and also, we are very excited to play songs from our entire time together,” they mentioned.

Araujo remarks indicating that it will be an outstanding event in the history of the country “We expect to receive more than 100 thousand people from all corners of Venezuela and also from abroad.”

The event will also have national representation, featuring the band Tomates Fritos from Caracas, as openers.

Tickets will go on sale on May 5th through Ticketmundo website, prices starting at $80 depending on location. Charter VIP packages from Caribbean islands will be available too.
