October 25, 2021 – Edmonton, AB. Agendex is proud to announce the release of a new version of its multi-system calendar publishing and booking service that fully integrates with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365. Microsoft 365 administrators that use CodeTwo can now instantly provision email signatures that will include a user’s unique MyAvailability™ weblink, empowering them to easily share their work calendar, knowing that it is always up-to-date and accurate.
One of the most powerful features of Agendex is the MyAvailability link which provides users with a personalized link, allowing external parties to view their calendars and if desired, instantly make a meeting request that adds the required Teams or Zoom web conference links (Google Meet will be supported by year end).
“We were looking for a way to easily allow Microsoft 365 administrators to include every user’s MyAvailability link as part of their corporate email signature,” said Jacques Sauvé, Agendex CTO. “Our challenge was to make this feature massively scalable for enterprise customers, while meeting the requirement that each user’s link be both unique and easy to keep updated. Working with the team at CodeTwo, we decided to use email addresses as the unique identifier for MyAvailability links, thus making it possible to easily create smarter signature templates.”
As a result of this collaboration, administrators can now quickly configure and provision email signatures with MyAvailability links, even for thousands of users. Already a true enterprise-class solution supporting multiple systems and tenants, this integration makes it much easier to provision and manage large-scale Agendex installations.
Organizations looking to deploy a cost-effective, real-time Calendar Publishing & Dynamic Booking tool will agree that, when compared with similar services that are priced on a per-user basis, Agendex is aggressively priced at $500 USD per month for an entire organization, regardless of user count.
